Vincent Gardiner – CEO
With a background in banking and finance, Vinnie has accumulated invaluable experience at KPMG and Barclays. Vinnie has been involved in New Zealand’s property sector for over 20 years, he has built and sold a successful property management firm, been a private landlord, a property manager, an investor and a developer. From renovations to relocatables, to subdivisions big and small, property is Vinnie’s passion.
When engaging in a business, Vinnie looks at it from all angles and seeks to create win-win solutions where everyone is benefiting. This has led to the ethos of Vault Property Management and the unique products that it offers both tenants and landlords alike.
Vinnie is committed to providing great housing solutions for landlords and tenants alike, and believes a key phrase not used often enough in business is “treat others how you would like to be treated.”
He is an avid and active sportsman and loves coaching his kids at various team sports.
Matthew McPhee – CFO
After 25 years working in top-tier Investment banks in London, Singapore and Hong Kong, Matt has returned to New Zealand to follow his passions in digital asset investing and property development as well as helping others achieve their financial goals.
As a qualified CA Matt keeps a close eye on everything. Rest assured that with Matt on the job, things are done right.
Matt is a keen skier and loves spending time in the outdoors on his farm.
Justine Iane – Property Manager
Justine is a driven and experienced property management professional with over 6 years of experience in the industry. She is co-owner of a highly reputable building company alongside her husband and is well-versed in all aspects of property investment. Her experience and knowledge in the field has been invaluable in growing their own property portfolio.
Recently, Justine and her family made the decision to move to Papamoa, attracted by the area’s exciting potential and idyllic way of life. With her enthusiasm for adventure, she saw an opportunity to experience all the great things that this place has to offer whilst pursuing her professional passion in property.
When not managing properties, Justine enjoys spending time with her family. She loves mountain biking, snow boarding, fishing, staying active, and watching her kids play sports.
