Terms and Conditions.

Landlord Referral Scheme (“Scheme”) - terms and conditions:

  1. The Scheme is open to all landlords, property owners or tenants of properties managed by Vault Property Management (“Vault ”).
  2. To be eligible for referral rewards, participants must successfully refer a new landlord or property owner to Vault
  3. A successful referral is defined as a new landlord or property owner who signs a property management agreement with Vault and has at least one property under management for 3 months.
  4. The rewards for successful referrals may vary and will be determined by Vault at its sole discretion.
  5. A reward may be granted for each property under management by Vault as direct result of a successful referral.
  6. Rewards will be paid to the participants nominated bank account, following the 3 month management period.
  7. Participants must ensure that they have received consent from the referred landlord or property owner to provide their contact information to Vault for the purpose of this Scheme.
  8. Vault reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
  9. By participating in the Scheme, participants agree to release and hold harmless Vault from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Scheme.
  10. Participants will be notified about the outcome of their referrals via email or other electronic means.
  11. Participation in the Scheme is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  12. By participating in the Landlord Referral Scheme, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  13. Vault reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
  14. Participants in the Scheme are responsible for compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

5 Star tenant terms and conditions:

  1. The Program is open to all tenants of properties managed by Vault Property Management.
  2. To be eligible for the draw to win $250, tenants must meet the criteria of being a "5 Star Tenant," as determined by Vault.
  3. Vault will assess tenants based on various factors. To qualify as a “5 Star Tenant” the tenant must:
    1. Be Responsible and Reliable
    2. Be Cooperative
    3. Be Respectful
    4. Be Considerate
    5. Follow Rules and Regulations
  4. Vault reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a tenant qualifies as a "5 Star Tenant."
  5. 5-star tenant ratings are awarded at the property level; individual tenants are not rated separately. Competition entry is limited to one entry per property.
  6. To be entered in the draw, you must qualify as a 5-star tenant the entire month, or the entire part month that you have been a tenant with Vault Property Management.
  7. Each "5 Star Tenant" who meets the eligibility criteria will be entered into a draw to win a $250 prize.
  8. The prize will be awarded at the sole discretion of Vault.
  9. Entry into the draw is automatic for tenants who meet the "5 Star Tenant" criteria.
  10. Vault will randomly select a winner from the pool of eligible tenants who meet the "5 Star Tenant" criteria.
  11. The winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided by the tenant.
  12. Vault reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  13. By participating in the Program, tenants agree to release and hold harmless Vault from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Program.
  14. Competition winners will receive $250 paid to their nominated bank account.
  15. Winners are selected by random draw conducted by Vault Property Management at the end of each month.
  16. Winners will be notified directly, with updates posted on social media.
  17. Winners agree to the use of their details and image for promotional purposes.
  18. Vault Property Management reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage for any reason.
  19. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  20. If the winner does not accept these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited.

What is a 5-star tenant?

Responsible and reliable

A great tenant pays their rent and outgoings on time and in full. Always respects the property and keeps both the property and its grounds clean and tidy.

Respectful of the property

A great tenant takes care of the property and treats it as if it were their own. They take responsibility for basic maintenance tasks such as regularly changing light bulbs and smoke alarm batteries. The keep the property clean and tidy and report any maintenance, damage or repair issues to the property manager in a timely manner.

Cooperative Attitude

A great tenant is willing to cooperate with the landlord, property manager and their contractors on reasonable requests or requirements. They understand that renting a property involves a mutually beneficial relationship and are willing to work together to resolve any issues that may arise.

Considerate of neighbours

A great tenant respects their neighbours’ right to peace and quiet. They follow noise regulations and avoid disruptive behavior. They also maintain a good relationship with their neighbours and address any concerns or conflicts in a respectful manner.

Adherence to rules and regulations

A great tenant understands and follows the rules and regulations set by the Residential Tenancies Act. This includes policies related to pet ownership, smoking, parking, and other restrictions. They also follow the terms of their rental agreement.

Conditions apply;

$250 rent back per month will be credited to our lucky 5 Star tenants.

You must qualify a 5 star tenant the entire month, or the entire part month that you have been a tenant with Vault Property Management.

The draw will be made and the winner notified directly

The $250 rent back amount will be fully quantified and credited by 10th of the following month.
